Vinification: in cement containers at a controlled temperature of 25C°.
Maturation: in durmast barrels from Slavonia for 12 months.
Aging: in bottles for at least 6 months.

Vines: 90% Trebbiano 10% White Malvasia.

Vinification: in inox steel vats at controlled temperatures of 15°C
Maturation: in steel tanks on dregs of fermentation for about 5 months.
Aging: in bottles for at least 2 months.
Alcohol content: 13,00 %.
Recommended serving temperature: 7°- 8° C.
Pairing: with all fish dishes and starters.
Colour: Straw yellow.

Maturation: in steel tanks with dregs of fermentation for about 3 months.
Aging: in bottles for at least a month.

THE WINE CELLAR
The wine cellar of Montelucci is in the Main Building in front of the swimming pool. We make Chianti DOCG wines, Igt, Red, Rosé and White, Passito and Sweet Wines. Our wines are fermented and matured in old Tuscan durmast and chestnut barrels. We work with the Tuscan Government and are scrupulous about using the traditional labour intensive methods that are typical of these lands which produce wines with unforgettable flavours. In the cellar, we also bottle our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, made with hand harvested olives that are cold pressed in one of the best olive presses in Tuscany. The taste, smell and feel of our oil are of the finest class.
