In the halls of an old oil mill, in which the ancient original grindstone is still preserved, you can totally immerse yourself in a magical atmosphere among food, history and nature, all merged in a unique breathtaking landscape. An experience of aesthetics, professionalism and taste you will hardly forget, a moment of real agritourism cuisine, maintaining the primary mission of using raw materials of excellent quality.
In a unique and magical setting, among the countryside over Pergine Valdarno and a stone’s throw from the Valdichiana and Chianti, you will taste the best dishes of the Tuscan tradition, all always revisited, in search of constant inspiration. An elegant environment, furnished in country chic style, exposed brick walls, lots of wood - for a final warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The menus are designed to meet the needs of all guests, as they include both vegetarian and meat dishes, typical Tuscan dishes and great classics of Italian cuisine. The Tasting menu usually consists of appetizers, first course and main course with side dish. Of course, you can also order à la carte anytime.

OUR SPECIALTIES
Our guiding philosophy is to choose the best raw materials and to respect the seasons. Our menu is a delicious celebration of the best Tuscany has to offer. We are proud to use products from our own Farm: egg pasta and freshly prepared bread, extra virgin olive oil, our own wines, vegetables and fruit from our garden, Chianina steaks. The Montelucci hunting reserves supply us with deer, pheasant and boar - game is one of our specialties. We take care to use local products like the Zolfino Bean from Pratomagno, Salamis made with Cinta Senese pork and, of course, Chianina steaks from Valdarno.

Incredibly rare and precious, the Zolfino bean is a delicacy from the Pratomagno mountain area. It has an almost non existent outer skin and is not always easy to find. Once you’ve tasted these wonderful beans, you’ll never forget their delicate flavour.

Watched over by the hills covered in olive trees and the silent, solitary mountains that surround our borgo, the vegetables growing in our garden cannot be anything other than healthy and refined. All our fruits and vegetables are organic and we also grow aromatic herbs to give our dishes that extra flavour.

In un contesto unico e magico, nelle campagne sopra Pergine Valdarno, a due passi dalla Valdichiana e dal Chianti, assaggerete i migliori piatti della tradizione toscana, tutti sempre rivisitati, alla ricerca continua di ispirazioni. Un ambiente elegante, arredato in stile country chic, muri di mattoni a vista, tanto legno – per un effetto finale caldo e accogliente.
I menu sono studiati per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti gli ospiti in quanto prevedono pietanze vegetariane e di carne, piatti tipici toscani e grandi classici della cucina italiana. Il Tasting menu si compone solitamente di antipasto, primo piatto e secondo con contorno.
In alcune occasioni vengono proposte serate a tema (dalla gran grigliata toscana alla cacciagione, etc ). Naturalmente in ogni occasione è possibile anche ordinare à la carte.
