OUR APARTMENTS
Gelso and Ginestre
Two magnificent farmhouses, restored in keeping with their rural past and authentic Tuscan heritage. They have a common dining room which makes them ideal for large groups of friends or family gatherings. They can be booked separately or together. Together they can sleep up to 24 people.
The Casale di Sopra (upper house) has: 7 double bedrooms, with shared sitting rooms, and 2 apartments (Ulivo and Gelso) which can sleep 4 and 7 people respectively.
The Casale di Sotto (lower house) has 7 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, with shared sitting rooms and a Junior Suite with a bedroom and sitting room.
Il Gelso
A charming apartment with a large lounge with a dining table, kitchen and three double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is mezzanine, connected to the lounge below by a wooden ladder. Large bathroom with a shower. (Sleeps up to 7 with space for cots.)

Our suites are ideal for escaping from the stress of everyday life, surrounded by the green of the oasis of Montelucci. Magical places where you can enjoy a meal cooked by our chefs in complete privacy. Located at the end of the villa, you can enjoy your Tuscan break in the peace and quiet you deserve.
I Peschi Suite
On two floors. On the lower floor there is a large lounge with a double sofa bed and a table.

The suite sleeps up to 5 with space for cots. Right outside there is a large garden and the swimming pool.
La Guardia Suite
The suite has a lounge with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Sleeps up to 4, with space for cots. Right outside there is a large garden and the swimming pool.

Inside a building separate from the main villa, near the swimming pool, these rooms all have a living room shared with at most one other luxury bedroom. They have a bathroom with a shower. Some of the sitting rooms have a fireplace. The rooms sleep a maximum of 2/3 people with space for cots.
